Over 100 Sessions

In addition to the workshops, we try to schedule a ritual in each time slot. The ritual room is in an upper floor of the hotel so that the beautiful but sometimes loud sounds of rituals do not interfere with classes.

You need not sign up for the classes though some may be closed to admittance once things are underway.

Thursday Night Reception

Come join us for hor d'oeuvres, refreshments, and mingling. We will also be making announcements.

Friday Post Ritual Fellowship

After the Main Ritual we will be having refreshments to ground and some time to compare experiences.

Saturday Gala

The Gala is a great time to have fun and is also a fundraiser for the New Alexandrian Library Project. As such, there is a small additional fee. More Here.

The Hotel!

This hotel has an abundance of areas to sit and gather for conversation. It also has a nice bar and several places to eat.

Vendors

The Vendor Room for this joint conference is curated and vendors are present via invitation only.

The Vendor Room will also be selling the books written by the authors teaching at BTW- SSF.

There will also be book signings.

When Will The Schedule Be Ready For Viewing?

It will be ready late Summer of 2025, though there are always a few changes nearer to the event.

Sun. Feb. 22, 2026 • Closing Ritual is 4:30 PM

We have the reduced room rates on Wed. and Mon. as well if that will make your travel more comfortable.

We Are Not Looking
For Presenters

When we have a joint Between The Worlds - Sacred Space Conference, the presenters are chosen by a committee that extends invitations to teach. This helps to make the schedule have a better balance of of topics.

Sacred Space is an annual conference and they will return to their process of taking applications for their 2027 event.
